Here's a golden shot at two under the radar jammies from Nicaragua that are just plain killing it. Both are tremendous values.... aged, ultra-seasoned, super tasty premiums from the well-regarded Olivas factory in Nicaragua. Since they hit our dock, the boys and I have smoked hundreds of them. They look great, feel good in the hand, clearly well-aged. 2 brands: Buena Vista Nicaragua: features choice of deep, dark Maduro or dense, oily Habano wrapper. Wonderful combustion, easy draw, even burn. Balanced but not boring, theres ample flavor with complexity that increases as it burns and finishes smooth. And no doubt these toasty tasties punch way above their weight in the bang-for-the-buck department. In fact, were they unbanded in a blind taste test, 4 out of 5 dentists would call this an $8 stick. But for $1.50 it's the kinda deal that gets me droolin' like a pure-bred value hound. Howlin at the moon even.
